Once your return or exchange is received and processed at our warehouse, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days.           If you’re looking to replace your S.E.A. JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue, please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. International customers, please email customercare@outerknown.com.

          2. Enter your order number and billing zip code.*
          3. Find the product you wish to return.
          4. Select “S.E.A. JEANS Warranty”.
          5. Wash your S.E.A. JEANS and print out a prepaid return shipping label.
          6. Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement pair!
